Bill Foster created his first clambake in 1951. Since then, Foster’s has earned an international following for our delicious seafood and friendly, courteous staff. Your clambake will include award-winning clam chowder, steamed clams and mussels, Maine lobster, corn on the cob, roasted red bliss potato and onion, plus rolls, butter and dessert. Our newly expanded outdoor area with pond offers a flat grassy spot upon which you may situate a rental tent (water/ electricity provided).
