Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History is nestled in nature for your special occasion with two unique locations. The Museum is nestled on the banks of Mission Creek, shaded by majestic oak trees. The Museum’s Wooded Area offers simple elegance and has been known as “Nature’s Church.” This bountiful outdoor open space is available for wedding ceremonies, memorial services, acoustical concerts, or presentations. Additional indoor space is also available for a variety of private, corporate, or wedding events.
The Ty Warner Sea Center rests atop the Pacific Ocean on historic Stearns Wharf, offering a unique blend of contemporary design and breathtaking views of Santa Barbara’s renowned coastline. With one-of-a-kind spaces nestled in nature, the Museum and Sea Center can accommodate events up to 200 guests. In addition, the special events staff of the Museum and Sea Center are available to offer exceptional on-site support.
